I just have to say, I have really missed this page:

Finally I can see a "source" and "target" column in the documentation, which has been lacking so far. Ports have been well documented, but the question of where to open the ports to and from, has been a "try and you shall find out via the Firewall guy" task.
But now, it´s much better documented, as you can see from the above link.
